Anyone else intimidated by Orangetheory? I love the overall concept, but the leaderboard and fast pace gave me pause. Would I be at the bottom or called out?
Sometimes having MS, my body can’t do the things I think it can. Other times, I forget I live with it. I pulled up my big girl panties and went for a free introductory class. Personable and accommodating, I was shown the ropes. I modified and asked for guidance where needed.
I landed at the bottom, which didn’t matter. Like everything in life, it was me against me, and I did it.
