Now is the perfect time to evaluate whether the time management system you’re using allows you to properly allocate staff and control over-servicing. If not, you need to review other systems now so you can implement something in January and capture the whole year consistently.
Your system should track client budgets over the entire program, not just month-by-month. It should also allow you to allocate staff based on monthly activities and number of days in the month, rather than just the monthly retainer.
