Shorten your meetings with video

Inundated with meeting requests? Burned out from another video call?

Shorten your meetings using a program like Loom to record status updates, describe a document you’ll be sharing or otherwise prep your attendees. At Rader Co., we use Loom videos of five minutes or less for training purposes and share information that’s easier to record and screen-share than type in an email.

We sometimes avoid meetings altogether by using this simple tool to share our thoughts. Bonus that they are stored in our project management system for future reference. This process also allows people to watch them in their own time.
