Pandemic burnout: Don’t forget to rest, relax and recharge

This month marks the one-year anniversary of when the U.S. shut down and we all thought we’d work from home for two weeks (ha!).

We’re still living with many restrictions and continued feelings of anxiety, frustration, the grief of missed events, etc. Take time to shut down, even if you can’t go on your usual amazing spring break trip. Schedule a week of PTO and go somewhere within driving distance, or stay home and just enjoy a staycation.

Regardless, take time off and encourage your team to do the same. Your refreshed team (and culture) will thank you.
