How many times have you missed out on an experience because you were fiddling with your phone or posting to social media?
The next time you’re on vacation, challenge yourself to one no-photo vacation day. Leave your devices in the hotel room or designate one person as the picture-taker. Wait until you are back in the room or even at home to post it on social media. Experience the moment with your eyes, and be present.
Take that photo, and then put the phone away, or commit to having at least one no-photo day.
