It seemed so yesteryear last week when an L.A. woman phoned to ask if my agency could submit an RFP and meet with her firm founder when he flew in Friday.
“Sure,” I said before thinking it was a joke. “It’s 2021 – isn’t it? Who does that?” I thought. Then, for just a second, I wondered if 2020 ever really happened. Yes, it did.
For some agency leaders, 2020 was a growth year: new clients, new employees, new practice areas. For others, it was the year they closed their doors, literally. Here’s to turning the page to a great 2021.
