Why agencies should build organizational confidence

by The 100 Companies

A new e-book by the Institute for Public Relations and Peppercomm showcases how some agencies have responded to COVID-19.

Many agencies have shifted from a focus on external client work to one on more internal engagement. Those that prioritize being a strategic counselor rather than a tactical one will succeed. Gary Grates, President of W2O Group, said before the pandemic many companies did not invest as much in internal communication or understand its value. He said the pandemic has forced companies to pivot, and leaders should focus on “organizational confidence” — an outcome of information, trust, and positivity about the future.
